The Different Sections – some sections are slightly different in the Household Planner(H) and Academic Planner(A). For info on the Wannabe Bullet Journal Planner sections, see HERE.

I created different planner sections in The Planner For Those That Do Too Much that are the most helpful to the way I do things, however, you are certainly more than welcome to use or not use any section as fits your style the best.dashedbar-300x23

AbbreviationKeyColor/ Abbreviation Key (H&A)
I use several different color pens in my personal planner. Red for work, Pink for me, Blue for my husband, Green for my kids, etc. However, sometimes I switch up the colors or add new categories. This is a place for me to keep track of which color means what. You could also keep track if you use a lot of abbreviations in your planner.

ThingsToDoThisWeekThings To Do This Week (H&A)
A place to keep a running list of tasks I need to write down before I forget. If I know a specific day that something needs to get done, or if it belongs with a certain project, I might instead put it under “Daily Goals” or “Project Tasks”.

WaterIntakeWater Cup icons (H&A)
So I can keep track of if I drink enough water each day! ? There’s also space if you want to track something else too, like how much coffee you’re drinking.

side_bg2DailyScheduleDaily Schedule & Appointment (H&A)
Things that need to be done during the day at specific times.

DailyTasksDaily Checkoff Boxes (H&A)
I’ve put a couple ideas here for you, but you’re welcome to add more daily tasks in the blanks. This is a way to check off completion of daily tasks and to reminder to you to get them done!

DailyGoals_AcademicDaily Goals/ Meal Planner (A)
The Academic Planner has a white area for noting daily goals, as well as a smaller meal planning section here.

ProjectPlanner_AcademicProject Task Planner (A)
A place to keep track of tasks to be completed on the projects I’m working on. This is a slightly condensed version of the Project Tasks Planner from the Yearly Planner version, with space for 3 projects rather than 4.

side_bg2SubjectPlannerAcademic Subject Planner (A)
A place to keep track of lessons to teach or homework to do. I fill in the circle when an item is completed, fill it in half-way if an item was started but not finished.

side_bg2Yearly_DailyGoalsDaily Goals (H)
The most important things that need to get done each day so that I don’t miss them. The Yearly Planner also contains a list of suggested daily cleaning tasks in this section.

MealPlanner_YearlyMeal Planner (H)
I’m a mom, so I use this section as a family meal planner, however, you could also use this section if you want to keep track of what you’re eating, are counting calories, etc.

side_bg2ProjectPlanner_YearlyProject Tasks Planner (H)
A place to keep track of tasks to be completed on the projects I’m working on. For example, if one of my projects is my blog, then weekly tasks could be: Compose & send email to mailing list, Post on Facebook, Write new post, etc. You get the idea. This can be whatever you want and makes the most sense for you! ?
