Sigh. I’ve been reviewing these Ultimate Bundles for a few years now. And every year, for the Ultimate Homemaking Bundle review, my fingers are always super crossed. And I seem to think that for some reason it’s going to be this awesome bundle. Possibly because for at least the last two years, I’ve tried to suggest the inclusion of more not-overwhelmingly-religious-centric and marriage-supporting resources.
And then I wait and wait and wait for the bundle contents to be announced.
And then I’m let down.
Oh – and if you haven’t already read my “Are the Ultimate Bundles Legit?” blog post, read that post first, then come back here to this review.
So here’s how I’ll sum up this years 2018 Ultimate Homemaking Bundle review:
You SHOULD NOT buy this 2018 Ultimate Homemaking Bundle if you:
- already bought the 2017 (or even 2016) Homemaking Bundle (there’s not really much that’s new or novel in this years).
- are not an Evangelical Christian (seriously, sooo many Christian books. Unfortunately, I really think they should change the name to the “Ultimate CHRISTIAN Homemaking Bundle”.) AND if you find yourself unable to skip over the faith/bible study/devotional section(s).
- are on a tight budget and don’t really need to spend $30 on a non-necessity.
But I guess you COULD buy this 2018 Ultimate Homemaking Bundle if you:
- really like all the topics below…or at least enough of them to make the bundle worth it.
- think you’ll actually use at least $50 worth of the resources.
- are an Evangelical Christian, or if not, are at least willing to gloss over the large faith/bible study/devotional sections.
- have the discretionary funds to spend on something “fun” like this.
If you’re on the fence, take a look at my thorough review below. Though I don’t have the time to review EVERYTHING, I did pick and choose the things that I thought might be the most interesting *to me* and you can find those details below. I’ve also included links to Amazon for further reviews where possible as well as noted if an included resource is an ebook, course, or printable. Hopefully it helps you make a decision!

Budgeting & Finances

- 2018 Budget Binder by Kaitlin Stearns ($7.00). – 112pgs. Dave Ramsey method, which I like (I use EveryDollar to track our personal budget), but I don’t really do the whole “binder-printables-to-organize-every-aspect-of-my-life” thing well. I’d never use these things. Maybe you would.
- Financial Foundations: Everything You Need to Build a Strong Financial Foundation by Jennifer Roskamp ($37.00) – you have to sign up for a download area of her website and then download a bunch of stuff. I didn’t. I wasn’t really interested in budgeting printables. See above.
- Finding Your Greatest Worth: A Starter Kit by Nicole Rule ($49.00) – 52 pages. Mostly a bunch of questions and then big blank spaces for you to write in your answers. I have NO IDEA how this says it’s being retailed for $49?!?! WTF? (which stands for ‘what the fudge‘, for those of you w/sensitive ears 🙂 )
- Growing Up Centsible by Marnie Craycroft ($9.99) – 34pgs. I liked this as it’s a topic I’m currently interested in. I’ll come back and read it more in depth. But $10 is quite steep. It felt like it could’ve been a blog post series rather than an ebook. I would’ve maybe paid $1.99 for this, but def. not 10 bucks.
- How to Make a Budget Work For You by Heather Schisler ($9.99)
- Merry Debt-Free Christmas: Holiday Solutions For The Financially Stressed! by Joyce Zahariadis ($17.99)

- The 90 Day Budget Boot Camp Workbook by Rosemarie Groner ($7.00)
- The Complete Grocery Budget Solution by Elise New ($49.00)

Marriage

15-Minute Marriage Makeover: Refresh Your Relationship, Add Sizzle to Your Sex Life & Be Happier in Just Minutes a Day by Dustin B. Riechmann ($14.00) – 115pgs. Ok, yay – this one I feel like I can put my stamp of approval on! I only managed to skim through the first quarter of the book, but it feels real, approachable, and doable. Basic gist is that you find 15 min. a day to spend with your spouse for a month. Each day has a different topic or theme to discuss or do. And it wasn’t just cheesy “talk about your favorite vacation growing up” type of conversation starter. It encouraged talking about sex, beliefs, fears, relationship expectations, etc. You can check out the reviews on Amazon as well, but this ebook is a solid inclusion in the bundle.
Date Night Kits. A Date-In-An-Envelope for an entire year! by The Dating Divas ($8.97) – 29pgs. I mention these on my Date Night Subscription Boxes post as well. The print-out-and-assemble-your-own-date printables that The Dating Divas put out are pretty popular and been around a few years. These aren’t the right fit for me (I mean, who has the time to print out and make something, amiright? I’d rather have it all done for me in a box that arrives on my doorstep 😉 ), but this will be a good resource and inclusion in the bundle for many of you.
- Five Foundations for Intimacy in Marriage by Keelie Reason ($49.00) – on their website, this course is only listed for $27, not $49.
- The Marriage Builder Collection by Kayse Pratt ($17.00) – 47pgs. VERY Christian. Should be in the Faith section. Includes a prayer calendar, scripture cards, marriage resources and Bible version recommendations. Unless you’re an Evangelical Christian, don’t bother downloading this one. (Eeek, sorry to the author, who is probably a very lovely person, but this is a huge pet peeve of mine so I’m taking it out here, lol. I strongly believe that husbands and wives committed to their marriages and building strong family units are the backbone of society and good for ALL humanity – but marriage is not owned by Christianity. Let’s support marriage using non-religious language everyone can learn from! Ok, sorry, rant over. 🙂 )
——–> The following items in PURPLE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE HOMEMAKING BUNDLE – but since I blog a lot about marriage, I figured I’d throw these other marriage resources in here for anyone who might need them.

Motherhood

*turquoise denotes online course*
- ADHD Parent Manual by Elaine Taylor-Klaus ($27.00) – a 25-min video. I didn’t watch it. Ok, wait, I’m kind of lying. I skimmed the first half-a-minute or something, then scrolled and watched a few more seconds here and there. Pretend you’re at a conference you don’t really care about, and end up sitting through some presentation on ADHD, complete with the typical ppt slides and some person up there talking about whatever. That’s how this feels. And it’s usually $27. That’s more than $1/min for you to sit there and watch this thing. Idk if it’s actually helpful for ADHD parents…maybe it’s amazing. All I can can is that the delivery is bland. Plus, I don’t have the attention span to sit and listen to videos. Maybe my parents should’ve watched this video. 🙂
Create Coping Skills Champions at Home by Janine Halloran ($49.00) – ooh, I kinda like this one! Granted, it’s a video course, and I’m not so much a fan of video courses (see my above review), but getting stuff for practically free in this bundle means I can’t always be choosy. Plus, if the info presented in them is good enough, I’ll give them a chance. I’m glad I gave this one a chance. The author/presenter feels professional, as though she actually does this for a living. I like that she includes her references and links to studies and articles that she uses. I plan to come back and watch these more.
- Family Culture: Building A Strong Family Identity by Rachel Norman ($12.99) – So I really like…the idea of this. I wish this was more. Or different. I think creating a family culture is an awesome thing. I sometimes wish we had more of a cohesive identify together rather than just our current haphazard life. I liked the 2 pages about choosing your family’s values, mottos, and beliefs. But I can’t imagine myself ever printing these things out and actually using them. I almost wish this were a ebook or something instead. But no, it’s a whole 13 pages of printables. For $13? The topic is worth it, these printables are not.
- So Many Littles, So Little Time: Worn Out Mom’s Guide to Mothering Little Ones by Amy H. Roberts ($7.99) – 81pgs. Ha, I like the title. The title is my life. However, the rest of the ebook isn’t. Another book that should be in the Faith section, as it’s pretty Christian. While the rest of the ebook might be fine, page 3-4 and are pretty heavy handed, basically claiming that ‘turn to Christ’ is the only motherhood inspiration you truly need. I didn’t read any further.
- The Steady Mom’s Freedom Guide: Joyful Motherhood on Your Own Terms by Jamie C. Martin ($2.99)
- Unplug + Unlock: The Step by Step Guide to Conquer Screen Time Battles for Good by Julie McCorkle ($16.00)
- You’re a Good Mom: 31 Days of Printable Affirmations to Inspire and Encourage by Lauren Tamm & Rachel Norman ($5.99) – 11pgs. Eh, there’s like 4 little quotes on each of 8 pages. I guess you’re supposed to print them out and then read them each day and then feel good about yourself? They also try to get you to sign up for their newsletter so they can email you new quotes every day, and also offer you a discount on buying more printable affirmation cards. Look, I’m into honest Words of Affirmation from my husband who knows me well as a ‘Love Language‘…but I otherwise don’t really get happy vibes from reading generic quoted “affirmations”. So these cards are totally not meant for me.

- Instant Hospitality, Just Add Guests: The Go-To Guide for Last-Minute Gatherings by Mauri Jane King ($15.00) – 37pgs. This feels very “Southern” in the way the information is presented and the expectations of what having a house guest should involve. Even still, I kind of liked it. I guess because the author is from Texas and I’m from Texas, ans so it feels homey to me? 🙂 Most of the book is quick and easy recipes, but there’s a section at the beginning and end about how to quickly clean or prep for a last minute guest without having to go overboard and tackle the whole house. I don’t think I’d ever pay $15 for this, but maybe a few bucks and it was kind of helpful/cute.

Man, I actually need a good homeschool planner and was hoping that maybe this would knock my socks off and be perfect…or at least have a couple good layouts I could use. Nope. There was maybe 1 page (a curriculum tracker), that I maybe could’ve used. Maybe I should give up on the idea of ever finding a perfect planner for myself and just go back to making my own (see The Planner For Those Who Do Too Much 🙂 )

Activities for Kids

- 101 Independent Activities for Kids by MaryEllen Bream ($9.99) – 42pgs. Every page of this has 2-4 activities listed on it in HUGE font. And by activities, I mean the NAME of an activity. No instructions, or guidelines, or details. It’s like someone jotted down a long list of things they could think of for kids to do, typed them up, made them a huge font so there’s tons of white filler space and would stretch out to 42 pages…and then slapped a $10 price tag on it.
(Quick rant: I mean really, THIS was considered high-enough caliber for inclusion in the bundle, but not my planner? Maybe I should change the price to $49 and try submitting it again?? Sorry, I’m a bit bitter. 🙂 ) - Super Sensory Invitations to Play by Cathy James ($14.99)
- Teach Me To Serve: 99 Ways Preschoolers Can Learn to Serve and Bless Others by Kristen Tiber ($3.99)
- Tiny Signs Jumpstart: An online mini-course to get you started signing with your baby in less than 30 minutes! by Lane Rebelo ($27.00)

26 Ingredients: Make Over 100 Delicious, Frugal Recipes From a Pantry of 26 Ingredients by Kylie Travers ($4.95) – 83pgs. Oooh, this is great! I’m not really a fan of recipe books, but I LOVE simplifying my life. I get overwhelmed with all the things I’m supposed to have on hand in my kitchen to make meals, and I’m awful at meal planning, so really, this is something that’s perfect for me. Oh, and look, they are appropriately priced! No over-inflated sense of worth and claiming that their ebook is worth $25 or something. Yay for this one!
- Bread and Roll Making Basics for Beginners by Rachel Paxton ($49.00) – This is 8 bread recipes, and then a 5-10min video to go along with each. I didn’t even bother watching a video. Do other people watch videos when baking/cooking? I don’t. I read recipes and recipes w/pictures are even better. And why would someone pay $50 for this? You can probably find these same kinds of videos for free on youtube. Also, I just got into the whole sourdough thing and have an active starter and was hoping for some sourdough recipes. Nope. (Interested in sourdough too? Here’s a helpful, and FREE, link I like: https://everydayfull.com/sourdough-bread-recipe/)
- Canning Jump Start Guide: 4 Easy Recipes & Equipment Checklist to Get you Started Canning! by Jennifer Gomes ($5.00)
Cooking Camp for Kids by Rebekah Sayler ($8.00) – 91pgs. I don’t know if I’ll ever have the time to do this, but this was kind of fun. Lots of great info for cooking skills for kids. Right on the first few pages in, there’s some name tags for kitchen position – I admit that I learned the difference between a sous chef and line cook since I never really knew, ha ha. So yeah, maybe *I* should do this cooking camp too!
- Freezer Meal Club Guide & Success Course: Everything You Need to Know to Start and Run a Successful Freezer Meal Club by Amylee Udell ($49.99)
- Freezer to Slow Cooker Meal Plan 3 Month Subscription by Sarah Robinson ($29.99) – this is technically a membership site, not a course, and idk, I didn’t even sign up for it. Once A Month Meals is already a pretty awesome website with tons of features and customizations that handles all my freezer meal needs. If you’re not already a member of OAMM, you might want to check it out.
- Healthy Lunchbox Ideas for Kids by Erin Myers ($2.99)
- Homemade and Healthy to Go: Packing Healthy Lunches on a Budget by Angela Coffman ($7.00)
- How to Organize All Your Recipes (For Easy Meal Planning) by Laura Smith ($39.00) – I didn’t even open this course. Because, well, because I use Plan To Eat for all my online recipe storage & meal planning needs, and PTE’s pretty much the greatest thing and nothing else will ever compare for me.
- Let’s Make Meal Planning Simple: Complete Meal Planning Guide + 1 Week Pre-made Meal Plan by Christine White ($12.00)
Perpetually Prepped Kitchen: The Simple Method for Meals in Minutes by Jennifer Mason ($13.99) – 101pgs. Hmm, this is an interesting one. I kind of like it. There’s a bunch of printables, which I don’t love as they feel like filler, but there’s not too many to turn me off. This whole ebook revolves around the idea of creating “pantry baskets” where you keep shelf-stable ingredients for a particular meal. That way, when in a rush to make dinner, you just grab a basket and don’t have to think. I like this. I’m going to read this book some more and get some ideas.
- Preservation Planner by Lisa Barthuly ($9.95) – 6 pages of actual helpful info. 26 pages of ‘nothing special’ printables.
- Printable Pantry Labels by Lauren Fowler ($8.95)
- SIt Down & Eat: Fun Ideas for Making Mealtimes Memorable by Jennifer Flanders ($9.95)
- The Ultimate Guide to Once a Month Grocery Shopping: Save Time and Money with Less Trips to the Grocery Store by Joanie Boeckman ($7.99)

- 2018 Joyful Life Quarterly Planner by Kimberlee Stokes ($22.00) – 206 pgs. This planner was not designed for people like me (what planner WAS designed for me?? Scroll up to the Homeschooling section. 🙂 ), but if you’re a person who needs to hear constant affirmations and have your hand held in order to figure out your goals and passions, then maybe this will be for you.
Dreams by Design 2018 Planner by Karen Schravemade ($19.00) – 150pgs, comes in both half-page and full-page size. There’s only a little bit of fluff in there at the beginning about goal planning, but for the most part, this planner is fairly decent compared to most female/mom kind of planners out there.
- Fresh Start Planning Kit by Jessica Fisher ( $12.00) – 35pgs. Eh. This was blah. A bunch of words, then some worksheets that reminded me of being in school when teachers would hand out those “thinking map” things and try to force everyone’s minds to process information the exact same way.

- Medical Binder Printables by Jayleen Zotti ($7.00)
- Organized Motherhood Planner by Alison F. Lange ($17.00) – 22pgs, 12 of which are monthly calendars. This is your everyday, run of the mill planner. With lots of hearts. Not worth $17. Honestly, not worth any money; you can find better stuff for free on Pinterest (or HERE 🙂 )
- Simplify: 35+ Printables to Help You Organize Your Life by Abby Lawson ($14.00)
- The Purposeful Life Planner by Helena Alkhas ($47.00)
- The Ultimate Busy Mom Planner by Jennifer Slavich ($19.95) – 168pgs, divided up into 9 different folders/types of planning pages. Yes, there’s a planning page for probably anything you might want. But OMG, the colors and design!! It’s like some weird mashup of early 1990s Print Shop Deluxe w/early 2010s Chevron-&-Ribbon-Banner-all-the-things. I mean, sure, maaaybe the creator was going for the “vintage” 1990s feel….but…I just don’t know what’s going on here.
- Travel Planner Printables: Plan, Organize, and Journal your Next Trip by Emily Bredeson ($2.00) – 25pgs. Hey look, a resource that retails for only $2, which shows that the creator understands the appropriate value of their resource! Kudos to them for that right off the bat! And actually, this is a decent printable.
- Ultimate Daily Visual Cards by Kimberly Huff ($4.99) – 54pgs Ok, I could actually see a use for these, but they probably would be for everyone. Good for little kids, to print out and put in a daily schedule so they can see what’s happening each day. These would work well if you already have some sort of calendar system for your kids (think preschool/very young elem. age)

- Be the Boss of Your Time: A Step-By-Step Guide by Brianna Berner ($37.00)
- Brainbook: Bullet Journaling Your Way to a More Organized Life by Kalyn Brooke ($27.00) – 116pgs. If you’re into bullet journaling (which is, like, apparently all the rage right now), then you might like this book? Idk, I just don’t get the whole “bullet journaling” craze. It seems like so much work to try to impress yourself into getting stuff done. (But I’m clearly a “no frills” planner kind of girl, so…)
- Crush Your Week: The Complete Guide To Designing An Intentional Weekly Routine by Emily Counts ($15.00)
- Design Your Day: Time Management for the Busy Woman by Cara Harvey ($27.00)
- Do Your Thing: How to Make Time for All the Things You Were Made to Do by Melissa Camara Wilkins ($5.00)
- Finding Time: Home & Children by Sarah Phillipps ($97.00)
- Smart Mom Smart Mornings: A 30-Day Plan to Transform Your Mornings from Chaos to Calm by Rachel Newcomb ($10.00) – 57pgs. I am a night person. Largely because KP gets home late and staying up in the evenings is the only time we have together. It’s my only time for quiet and for me to get things done. But I’m tired at night. I’m fresher in the mornings. I should probably force myself to get up early to start the day nice and calmly and not be in a rush every morning. I know this. I KNOW this. I just need the motivation to make that switch. This book was not that motivation. Also, Day 8 is entirely about “Read Your Bible and Pray”…because apparently all the non-Christian heathen moms are not worth helping? lol
- Your Life Made Easy: The Ultimate Parent’s Guide to an Organized Work Week by Brittany Wise ($19.00)

So…..just throwing this out there. But if you’re interested in blogging from home (which is NOT easy or simple and I you have to be really drawn toward blogging in order to have the stamina to be successful, but hey, if it’s what you want to do, there’s no stopping you…) – there’s a lot of really expensive programs out there that claim to be the ‘holy grail’ in blogging programs (cough, cough, EBA). If you’ve researched and researched and are looking for programs to get your blog off the ground, or ‘to the next level’, here are my two suggestions:
1) The Genius Blogger’s Toolkit, put together by the same people who put together this Homemaking Bundle. I’ve purchased the Toolkit each year and it’s given me a lot of really great blogging tools. It’s probably my favorite of all these Ultimate Bundles they put n each year. It’s $99 and they’ll likely be doing a flash sale again soon. Sign up to be notified when the sale is live HERE.
2) Billionaire Blog Club. A lot of bloggers who participate in this Homemaking Bundle sale will recommend a program called the Elite Blogging Academy. Oh gosh, I researched and researched this thing and aaaalmost signed up. But it was $900! And I could only find glowing reviews, which seemed suspicious. And all the bloggers who’d done the program felt so cookie cutter and not at all what I wanted to do with my blog. Luckily I happened to stumble upon another option called the Billionaire Blog Club. It’s totally got a pretentious title, I know, but I signed up for the emails anyways. I really liked the style of the founder, Paul. He felt honest and truthful, and I didn’t feel like I was being B.S.ed. Way more my style. And it was “only” $250 (though I think it’s $350 now). I encourage you to sign up for Paul’s free emails and see if BBC is the feel you want. You can always sign up later in the year if you think it’s a good fit.
I hope these two other suggestions were helpful!

**BONUSES**
Overall, I was not impressed with this year’s bonuses, sadly. I usually love the bonuses. This year, I just didn’t care.
- FREE 3-month subscription from Scribd, $26.97 value
**New customers only, subscription automatically renews after 3rd month - FREE 1-month subscription from BookRoo, $18 value (U.S. shipping: $5, Canadian shipping: $16 CA) **FREE download of 3 minimalist Bookroo posters for existing customer – this has been a bonus for the past few bundles. I haven’t taken advantage of the offer because I don’t really want to have to sign up and later cancel. And we have tons of kids books.
- FREE printables collection (coloring calendar, note cards & stickers) from Hope Ink, $52 value – Hope Ink is practically always a bonus in the bundles. I’ve never redeemed it because its not the right fit/style for me.
- FREE Natural Eye Shadow Kit from Orglamix, $15 value (shipping starting at $6.99, calculated at checkout, international shipping available – Orglamix has been a bonus partner before. I might actually be interested in this, but I just haven’t ordered it yet.
- $15 gift certificate from Cultivate What Matters, $15 value (shipping starting at $3.95, calculated at checkout, international shipping available) – not really my style, but you might love these planner styles?
- FREE 1-month subscription from Kiwi Crate, $19.95 value (U.S. shipping: $4.95, international shipping: $9.95) **$15 off $50 shop purchase for existing customers – I love Kiwi Crate! But we’ve been subscribers in the past, so this deal won’t work for us. And the “existing customers” bonus of $15 of $50 doesn’t really sound enticing.
- FREE SPOT -or- $15 off any product from Bloom Naturals, $19 value (continental U.S. shipping: $6.99, Alaska & Hawaii: $9.99, Canadian shipping: calculated at checkout) ** excludes 32 oz. refills – I still have, and use, the SPOT treatment I got a few bundles ago.
- $15 gift certificate from Strawesome, $15 value (shipping starting at $6, calculated at checkout, international shipping available) – I do looove my glass straws, but I buy mine on Amazon. Still, if you’re new to glass straws, Strawesome is a fun website to check out and maybe try them.

Thanks for your thorough review! The 2017 Super Bundles I found quite useful, and I used your post to decide on that, as it is the clearest, most thorough review on the bundles. I probably downloaded about 60% of that one. (I found your post when googling Bundles review)
With this Ultimate bundle,I will probably only download approx. 40% or maybe less, but it’s enough with 4 of the bonuses, to make the cost worth it. I never purchased the bundles before this year, so it is mostly new info for me. I don’t think I’ll order future ones, as there’s lots of info, with plenty to read here, and between this and the previous bundle, I have quite a wide range of things, in addition to the books I own on some of these topics. I like print books.
And according to your posts, they don’t change that much. (As I am another religion, those 2+ sections are not useful for me, but there other categories which have enough info.)
Thanks again for your honest, thorough reviews! It should be a highlight on google search.
Now I will begin downloading the ones I like.
Thanks so much for leaving me a comment and I’m glad you’ve found these bundles helpful! 🙂
I ended up finding about 50% of the information useful, and downloaded.
For the parenting things- I found the info in the Parenting bundle way better. The visual chores- there was a better one in the Parenting bundle. Most of the budgeting and cooking was also not my speed, so I deleted almost all of them. Some of the clutter and organization is really good, and they are different than the decluttering in the 2017 decluttering bundle I purchased during the sale in January.
The LWSL cleaning guide is clear, good images for the family chores and charts, and I am overall impressed. The ADHD organizing book is also good. (I skimmed through all the books, and courses I downloaded, and only kept the ones I liked. Spent too much time on this today!)
The bonuses with shipping, don’t really end up being the biggest savings.
Some of the produce are really, really good.
Thanks so much for your additional insight CS! I agree that the Parenting Bundle is a good one. It’s one of the few bundles that I admitted that I actually really liked. Unfortunately, I don’t think they are going to do any more Parenting Bundles, and the one that’s being offered now is the only one. 🙁 It’s cool that that are doing a Homemaking/Parenting Bundle combo deal right now. I didn’t know they were going to do that, so that was a nice offer to take advantage of.
I admire your honesty and transparency! I saw your blog while looking for Ultimate Bloggers Bundle 🙂
Thanks. 🙂
Thank you so much for the review! I saw it promoted on another blog I follow and was wondering if it would be worth it. This really helped me decide!
I also wanted to mention the code you provided for your planner doesn’t seem to be working? Maybe I’m doing something wrong? I keep getting a “requirements for this code haven’t been met” message. If it doesn’t work I will probably just purchase it. It looks so helpful!
You’re welcome for the review! And thanks for letting me know about the code. It worked for some people, but then someone else said it wasn’t working too. Weird. I will look into it further. Try again in a little bit and if the code still doesn’t work, email me at ronni@screenwriterswie.com
Oh, I think I figured it out! I had the code set to needing BOTH the Yearly and Academic versions in the cart in order for the code to apply. Silly me. I fixed it now.
I wanted to buy this Bundle, because it included one thing that I was intrigued by, but refused to pay $45 for! I went looking for a blogger who wasn’t bombarding me with annoying e-mails about the bundle. I chose you, because of your honest and down to earth review.
Sharon, thanks so much. I really appreciate that you recognized the effort I put into being honest about these bundles. I don’t always make friends with other bloggers this way, lol, but transparency and truth are more important to me. I’m glad you got a good deal on the originally $45 thing you were intrigued by!
Ronnie, thanks for these no-BS book reviews! I love me a contrarian librarian. 🙂
Thanks Jebra. 🙂
This was really helpful, and I appreciate your honesty! I was leaning towards buying it- despite the evangelical bent- but decided to save my $30 for something that I’d get more use out of…so thanks:)
You’re welcome! Glad I could help! 🙂
Thanks for the review 🙂 I don’t mind the Christian stuff, but I still have many resources left from the 2017 Bundle (the first one I bought), so I’ll probably wait for 2019/2020 to buy a new one, since there is nothing I REALLY need this year.
So i bought this bundle and i like use 0% of this. i bought it because i though it would make my busy life less busy…HA! like i have time to read…i also got it for the kid daily choir chart . it was HUGE picture on a page. if i had time i would do that too. my homemade chart was better and i bought all the supplies from the dollar store. i just thought this was going to be better than what i saw the email and the website.
once i order the bundle, i don’t even know how to use or make use of any of the info. i think pinterest is more helpful. but that just for me. My life is too crazy to adventure into reading or finding something to make it worth it.
i will not be buying future bundles.
i like your review, i wish i found it earlier!!!!!!!! it would have saved me money. oh well lesson learn.
there is wayyyyyy to much christian stuff… not every mom is religious.
Oh I totally get it! If I wasn’t reviewing these bundles, I’d probably maybe open up 2-3 of the resources I was most interested and then never have time to go back to the rest. Why does it seem like the only way to be less busy is to be more busy trying to figure out how to be less busy??
I’m sorry you didn’t find my review beforehand, but I’m glad you found it now!
